Recipe: Iced Field Matcha
Our infusions are delicious straight up but sometimes it’s fun to find new ways of incorporating them into other foods or beverages. One of our favorite ways of using Field in a new way is in a matcha latte. This blends all the beautiful benefits of green tea with all the incredible minerals and vitamins of the Field. The nettle, oatstraw and alfalfa are rich in calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. We love how the slightest hints of rose peek through the grassy matcha.
Iced Field Matcha Latte
½-1 teaspoon of your favorite matcha powder
4 ounces steeped Field
1 teaspoon raw honey
10 ounces milk of choice
Ice
Blend the matcha and Field infusion with either a matcha whisk or blender. Add the honey and blend again. If your honey is firm you can warm up the Field infusion so it helps to soften the honey.
Pour the matcha Field mixture into a glass.
Add the milk and finish with ice.
